Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in agile development practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and security protocols for high-traffic fintech applications
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive code documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years professional development)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Demonstrable expertise in designing secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
