Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and implement solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
