We specialize in connecting elite engineering and technical talent with Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from identifying passive candidates to closing offers.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for engineering and technical roles.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including pipeline building, negotiation, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Boolean search techniques to optimize sourcing efforts.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates within the DC metro area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and common tech stacks (React, Node.js, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requisitions in a high-volume setting.
- Must be available to start immediately or within 2 weeks.
