Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure automation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Drive cloud architecture decisions on AWS and GCP platforms

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless
- Strong background in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Proven track record of shipping production code at scale
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
