Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker for seamless deployments
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture

- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one immediately
