Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance testing and system optimization
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Stay current with emerging technologies through internal R&D time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and REST APIs
- Proven track record leading complex projects from concept to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines
