Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
- Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while enforcing best practices and architectural guidelines across the team.
- Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical planning, and career development.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing codebases to improve speed and reliability.
- Technical Strategy: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database Skills: Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver production-ready solutions under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
