Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit high-complexity smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) for the 2026 Protocol.
- Lead the architectural decisions regarding gas optimization, security protocols, and upgradeability mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration of Web3 interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement countermeasures against potential vulnerabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and Rust, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade smart contracts.
- Experience with frameworks such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with DeFi protocols, NFT standards, and tokenomics modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
