Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous analysis on emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to forecast future capabilities.
- Lead innovation labs and hackathons to prototype concepts for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate long-term technology visions and secure buy-in.
- Identify potential regulatory and ethical challenges associated with future tech deployments.
- Oversee the selection and integration of future-proof technologies into the current stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to translate them into business value.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of successful long-term forecasting.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets for R&D and innovation initiatives.
