Responsibilities
- Lead the development of predictive SEO models to forecast search trends and algorithm shifts.
- Architect comprehensive technical SEO strategies focusing on Core Web Vitals, Schema Markup, and site architecture for AI crawlers.
- Manage a team of content strategists and data analysts to implement voice search optimization across all platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of SERP features and implement strategies to capture featured snippets and zero-click results.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve site speed, crawlability, and data architecture for better indexability.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging search technologies, including semantic search and knowledge graphs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO and data analytics.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale SEO campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Essentials and the latest updates to algorithmic ranking systems.
- Experience with Python, R, or similar tools for SEO data analysis and automation.
