Your Mission:
You will be the bridge between our brand and the digital ecosystem. Your day-to-day will involve crafting compelling content, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch innovative projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok tailored to a Gen Z audience.
- Manage and optimize our company blog and website content to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Monitor web analytics (Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging graphics and short-form video content.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and open rates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Class of 2024-2026 grads welcome).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, memes, and digital slang (used appropriately).
- Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
