- Technical SEO Mastery: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal site speed, crawlability, and indexability.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to develop keyword-rich, high-value content that resonates with our target audience and meets search intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and transparent performance reports to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitors, keywords, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the marketing department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated history of driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML sitemaps; experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
