Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct in-depth audits of website architecture, page speed, and site structure to identify and fix technical issues that hinder search engine crawling and indexing.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform extensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and develop comprehensive content strategies that target specific user intent.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, alt text, and internal linking structures to maximize on-site relevance and keyword ranking potential.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to track progress, report on ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators to ensure all published material is optimized for SEO while maintaining high-quality standards and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side SEO factors (e.g., canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps).
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
