Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 technology strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth targets.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global tech trends, emerging markets, and disruptive innovations to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product teams, and R&D departments to translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth research and prototype testing for potential future technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) relevant to our 2026 roadmap.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market leading up to 2026.
- Presentation & Communication: Articulate complex strategic visions to internal teams and external partners through compelling presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate abstract concepts into concrete strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade senior leadership.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
