Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company's 2026+ Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships in the future-tech space.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies to validate ROI and scalability.
- Advocate for ethical AI and responsible innovation within the organization.
- Mentor a team of technical analysts and researchers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, Cloud, and Quantum Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
