Responsibilities
- Technical Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to identify and rectify crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems.
- Strategy & Research: Lead end-to-end keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and develop data-backed content strategies.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and schema markup to improve click-through rates (CTR) and search engine rankings.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze complex datasets in Google Analytics 4 and BigQuery to track KPIs, generate monthly performance reports, and iterate on campaigns based on data insights.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and product managers to implement SEO best practices across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google’s Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and algorithm updates (Penguin, Panda, Hummingbird).
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics 4.
- Programming: Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization and debugging.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
