Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computingStrategic planning experience with 3-5 year horizon planning
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CISSP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder alignment
