Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps and investment strategies for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and disruption risks
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen systems and validate feasibility
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at industry summits
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author in technology journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Experience with patent portfolio development in emerging technologies
