Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to uncover high-value organic search opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain or improve rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO performance reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise SEO projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
