- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Technical Excellence: Lead technical SEO audits, optimize site architecture, and ensure core web vitals compliance across all platforms.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize copy, meta tags, and user experience to maximize conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Link Building: Oversee off-page SEO efforts to build high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
