Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech-forward companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic certification
