What You’ll Do:
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the SEO roadmap, driving traffic and conversions through technical excellence and data-backed content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Technical Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site health, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies to drive high-intent organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- On-Page Optimization: Lead on-page optimization initiatives, ensuring content is semantically structured, accessible, and optimized for both users and search engines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze complex analytics data using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with the content team to produce data-driven, high-ranking copy that engages audiences and builds brand authority.
- Off-Page Authority: Manage backlink acquisition campaigns and outreach efforts to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in technical SEO and digital marketing, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation; proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
