Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits of website architecture, site speed, and crawlability to identify and resolve technical barriers to indexing.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and develop a data-backed content strategy.
- On-Page Optimization: Oversee the optimization of meta tags, headers, and content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console; produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting key insights and ROI.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Collaboration: Partner with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO concepts (schema markup, robots.txt, canonical tags, sitemaps) and tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Content Knowledge: Deep understanding of on-page optimization and how it relates to content quality and user experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
