Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct and oversee comprehensive site audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and core web vitals issues.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions for maximum search visibility.
- Link Building: Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through white-hat outreach and PR initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure long-term website health.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of technical SEO, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and site architecture.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
