Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or Web3
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for tech initiatives
