What You Will Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with broader business objectives and drive measurable ROI.
- Technical Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement schema markup to improve site crawlability, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to produce data-driven, high-ranking assets that engage users and boost rankings.
- Competitive Analysis: Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities and market gaps.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to report on growth and refine tactics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with UX, dev, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into every stage of the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google's algorithm updates and ranking factors.
- Expert proficiency in technical SEO, including site architecture and on-page optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO auditing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
