Responsibilities
- Lead incident response for zero-day threats targeting federal systems
- Develop advanced threat detection algorithms using SIEM tools
- Conduct penetration testing on classified networks
- Maintain NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts in threat hunting methodologies
- Coordinate with DHS and FBI cybersecurity task forces
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with federal sector experience
- Certified CISSP or CEH (OSCP preferred)
- Expertise in Splunk, CrowdStrike, and Palo Alto Networks
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Advanced knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
