What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement semantic search strategies optimized for AI-driven search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in organic traffic growth.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists and content creators to ensure alignment with algorithmic changes.
- Develop proprietary SEO tools and scripts using Python to automate reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are built into the core product.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of site architecture, indexing, and crawl budgets to maximize visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of how AI and LLMs (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) are changing search behavior and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to audit front-end code.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue through innovative strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
