Responsibilities
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company OKRs.
- Drive Innovation: Conduct deep-dive user research, competitive analysis, and market trend identification to uncover new opportunities and solve complex customer pain points.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, and sales teams to define technical specifications, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and user feedback loops to iterate on product features and improve overall customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and customer success teams to develop compelling product narratives and ensure successful feature launches.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the SaaS or Tech industry, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), APIs, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Analytics: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics) with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
- Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence).
