Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-quality, reusable React components and UI libraries.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for code quality and testing.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and compliance (SOC2/GDPR).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Redux for state management.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
