Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable quantum computing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI and machine learning workflows.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve qubit stability and error correction protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on advanced quantum mechanics concepts.
- Define technical roadmaps for future quantum hardware upgrades and software libraries.
- Present complex technical findings to stakeholders and investors to secure funding and support.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-performance computing or quantum computing development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and algorithm design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into business value.
