Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Resistant Systems: Design and implement software architectures capable of running on future quantum processors and hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Lead the migration of legacy AI workloads to cloud-native, containerized environments (Kubernetes) optimized for high-performance computing.
- Security & Compliance: Implement post-quantum cryptography standards and ensure full compliance with emerging data privacy regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize data pipelines for real-time processing and low-latency inference.
- Research Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate the latest breakthroughs in AI model optimization into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, Qiskit, or Cirq is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
