Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Technical Vision and long-term roadmap.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum, and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect resilient, scalable infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with Product and C-Suite executives to align futuristic tech with business goals.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies to accelerate development cycles.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, architecture, or R&D management.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Experience with or strong interest in Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive-level communication skills.
