Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum-Neural Architect to lead our cutting-edge research division. In 2026, the boundary between classical artificial intelligence and quantum computing is dissolving, and we are at the forefront of this revolution. You will design the systems that will power the next generation of autonomous intelligence.
Why Join Us?
At Apex Innovation Labs, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility with access to the latest quantum processors and neural hardware. You will have the autonomy to define architectural standards that will be industry benchmarks for the coming decade.
Role Overview:
As an Architect, you will bridge the gap between quantum algorithms and deep learning models. You will ensure our systems are scalable, fault-tolerant, and capable of processing complex datasets in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural networks capable of operating on NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Optimize quantum circuits to minimize error rates and maximize computational throughput for AI inference tasks.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop specialized co-processors for quantum machine learning workloads.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane).
- Define the roadmap for integrating quantum error correction into production AI pipelines.
- Translate complex theoretical physics into practical software architecture for enterprise deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Extensive experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of implementing quantum algorithms (e.g., VQE, QAOA) for optimization problems.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and how to integrate quantum layers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
