- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with >1000 qubit stability
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and secure patents
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $2M+ in government and private research funding annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum)
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
