About the Role:
You will be responsible for designing scalable quantum architectures that bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, real-world applications. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of achieving quantum supremacy by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum circuits and algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation in quantum hardware-software integration.
- Develop and implement error mitigation and noise reduction techniques for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including physicists, hardware engineers, and AI researchers.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify new applications for quantum computing in the financial and logistics sectors.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum software development, algorithm design, or computational physics.
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong command of Python, C++, and classical software engineering methodologies.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket).
