Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and design for our 2026 quantum-classical hybrid systems.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in AI and cryptography.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the emerging quantum ecosystem.
- Research emerging quantum hardware technologies to inform architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Deep expertise in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and delivering results on tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
