You'll work in our state-of-the-art quantum lab with access to cutting-edge hardware from IBM, Google, and Rigetti. Our mission: to achieve quantum advantage by 2026 in cryptography optimization, materials science, and AI acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum circuits
- Lead research publications in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
- Translate theoretical models into practical implementations using Qiskit and Cirq
- Partner with industry leaders to identify quantum advantage use cases
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum information or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in linear algebra and complex mathematical modeling
- Familiarity with quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
- Certification in IBM Quantum Experience or Google Quantum AI
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to stakeholders
