- Identify and assess disruptive technologies poised to impact the market by 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for Horizon Initiative projects.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering and product teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or executive management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of futuristic technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
