Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to spearhead the technical roadmap for our flagship Project 2026. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical machine learning applications, designing scalable architectures that will define the next decade of artificial intelligence.
Our mission is to deploy the world's first commercially viable quantum-enhanced neural network by Q4 2026. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to build systems that are not only robust but revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-level system frameworks for the Project 2026 neural network infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into existing cloud-based AI workflows.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of quantum circuits to reduce error rates and increase processing speed.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract scientific concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and ethical AI guidelines in all architectural decisions.
- Stay at the forefront of quantum hardware advancements to adapt our software stack accordingly.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq) and quantum simulation tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
