Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture investors
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation grants and funding
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized deep-tech products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on future tech topics
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for international partnerships
