Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI models optimized specifically for quantum processors and hybrid classical-quantum environments.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and milestones for our 2026 product releases, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Algorithm Development: Research and develop novel algorithms to solve complex computational problems using quantum mechanics.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to enhance processing power.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance and error rates in quantum simulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with a strong preference for candidates working with quantum hardware or simulators.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Cloud Expertise: Solid experience deploying applications on cloud platforms with high availability requirements.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
