Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Architect and oversee the migration to next-gen infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and technical debt reduction across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of managing 5+ year strategic technology initiatives.
- Experience in designing fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive scale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
