Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the development of the company's 5-year technology vision, specifically targeting breakthroughs in AI integration and digital transformation for 2026.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Spatial Computing) that provide a competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of CTOs, Data Scientists, and IT Directors, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Partnerships: Establish partnerships with key technology vendors, research institutions, and AI think-tanks.
- Infrastructure Planning: Oversee the architectural transition to scalable, cloud-native systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of executive leadership experience in technology, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy or Digital Transformation.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of leading organizations through rapid technological change.
