Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance under high load.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and neural networks.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring to ensure engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
