Your Mission:
We are looking for a thought leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical software engineering. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that drive our core products.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex quantum computing architectures integrated with classical AI frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of quantum physicists and software engineers to explore new algorithms and hardware utilization.
- Algorithm Optimization: Refine quantum circuits to maximize qubit coherence and minimize error rates in real-world applications.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for quantum integration in our 2026 product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into quantum solutions.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all quantum systems adhere to the highest security standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Machine Learning models and how they can be adapted for quantum environments (Quantum Machine Learning).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
