Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap through quantitative trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-proof frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deliver executive-level foresight reports on disruptive market forces and technological convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, thought leadership, and internal futurist training programs
- Monitor global geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting technology adoption timelines
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business priorities and investment recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, and data modeling
- Exceptional communication abilities to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
