Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026, focusing on quantum-classical hybrid architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Define and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and system reliability frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, UX designers, and hardware engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine integration potential.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML models at scale (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
