Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct the full project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with the PMP 2026 content outline and organizational strategy.
- Transition to PMP 2026: Spearhead the adoption of new project management frameworks and standards, training stakeholders and team members on the upcoming changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure transparent communication and buy-in.
- Risk & Resource Optimization: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- PMP Certification: Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and be up-to-date with the PMP 2026 exam content outline.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Agile & Waterfall: Deep understanding of both Agile methodologies and traditional Waterfall approaches, with the ability to hybridize them effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
