Responsibilities
- Design and implement the organizational strategy for the 2026 workforce, focusing on hybrid models, remote-first flexibility, and spatial computing integration.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI agents into daily workflows, ensuring ethical usage and maximum productivity.
- Analyze emerging labor market trends (2026) to forecast skill gaps and advise leadership on talent acquisition and upskilling.
- Develop the "Digital Employee Experience" (DEX), creating intuitive interfaces and metaverse workspaces.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, fostering a mindset of adaptability in an ever-evolving technological landscape.
- Partner with C-suite executives to define the roadmap for the Future of Work, aligning technology investments with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Future Technology Consulting.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI tools, LLMs, and their implications for the workforce.
- Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) platforms in a professional setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change management during digital transformation.
